Our services are intended for businesses acting in the course of their trade. If you are a consumer, your rights under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection are not affected by these Terms.
1. Qualification for Free Marketing Plans & Consultations
Not every enquiry qualifies for a complimentary marketing plan or strategic audit. We reserve the right to determine project fit, scope alignment, and client qualification before delivering custom marketing audits or free strategic roadmaps.
2. Strategic Growth & Shared Success

Because digital marketing ecosystems—such as search engine algorithms and advertising platform policies—are managed by third parties and evolve dynamically, specific keyword rankings, exact traffic volumes, or fixed revenue outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Instead, we view our partnership as a collaborative journey where we continuously test, optimize, and adapt together to achieve your highest long-term business potential.
3. Non-Disparagement
The parties agree not to make false, misleading, or defamatory statements about each other or their principals, agents, officers, owners, directors, or employees, whether during the active term of engagement or following termination. This applies across all channels, including social media, review platforms, and online forums. Nothing herein prevents either party from leaving a truthful review of their experience or making truthful statements in connection with legal proceedings or regulatory investigations.

If a client fails to pay an invoice when due or to maintain active billing details, Bebran Digital may charge late payment interest at the rate stated in your service agreement, to the extent permitted by UAE law, and may pause active campaigns, ad management, or client dashboard access after giving 7 days' written notice, until the outstanding amount is paid in full, without waiving any other legal remedies.
6. Limitation of Liability
Bebran Digital warrants that its services will be performed with professional diligence, and disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by UAE law. In no event shall the maximum aggregate liability of Bebran Digital exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Bebran Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of business profits or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, widespread utility or internet failures, labor disputes, or government restrictions.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, the courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction. These Terms are provided in English; if an Arabic translation is required for any legal proceeding, the parties will cooperate in providing it.
9. Entire Agreement & Severability
This document, together with any signed proposal or Statement of Work, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding our website and services. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
